Our goal is to create a community where residents feel valued, respected, and able to thrive with the support they need to live life to the fullest.

• Must be able to live independently without 24 hour supervision.

• Willing to participate in community guidelines and house meetings.

• Demonstrate respect for others in shared spaces.

• Committed to maintaining a drug, alcohol, and violence free lifestyle.

• Be able to manage personal medical needs and medication independently.

• Maintain weekly assigned chores/daily house up-keep.

• All applicants must provide proof of income as part of the application process.
